Terms of Service

Cupid Collective™ is operated by EDMCupid, with Mr.Chippy acting as webmaster and maintainer. These terms set out the agreement between you and us when you use the platform. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old, or use the platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where that's required in your country. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your details up to date, and not to share access in a way that lets others act on your behalf without permission. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

When using Cupid Collective™ you agree not to:

• Submit content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise harmful;
• Submit music or other content you don't have the rights to use;
• Spam, mass-blast, or artificially inflate plays, votes, reactions, or coins;
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise access the platform in an automated way without our permission;
• Try to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform or its data.

We may take action (see "Moderation & suspension") if these rules are broken.

You retain ownership of any music, clips, sticker designs, remix entries, and other content you submit. By submitting it, you confirm that you have all necessary rights and permissions to do so — including any rights held by co-creators, labels, publishers, or featured artists.

You grant Cupid Collective™ and EDMCupid a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide permission to use your submitted content only to the extent necessary to operate the service — specifically to display, review, stream or showcase, moderate, and promote your submissions within the Cupid Collective™ and EDMCupid services. This permission lasts for as long as your content is hosted on the platform and you don't ask us to remove it.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit (titles, artist names, links) and for ensuring the linked content remains available where the service relies on it.

Submitting a track, clip, or remix does not guarantee that it will be reviewed, featured, promoted, played on stream, or made visible in any particular place. We do not guarantee specific availability, ranking, earnings, rewards, or outcomes from your use of the platform. All moderation and feature decisions are made at our discretion.

Cupid Coins are an in-app virtual feature used within Cupid Collective™. Unless the platform explicitly states otherwise in writing, Cupid Coins have no cash or monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable between accounts. We may award, adjust, or revoke Cupid Coins in connection with features, rewards, promotions, or moderation decisions, and the availability of coin-related features may change over time.

Feedback, reactions, comments, collab posts, playlists, and other contributions come from members of the community — including reviewers and admins. Their views are their own and are not necessarily the views of EDMCupid. We're not responsible for the accuracy or opinions in user-generated content, though we may moderate it under the terms below.

We may remove content, revoke reviewer access, adjust or remove rewards, suspend or terminate accounts, or take other steps we consider reasonably necessary to protect the community and the platform — for example where content breaks these terms, infringes others' rights, or is harmful. We aim to act fairly, but we're not obliged to provide a specific reason in every case.

Music, clips, and remixes are linked from and hosted on third-party platforms (such as SoundCloud, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube). We're not affiliated with or endorsed by those platforms unless we say so, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies. You're responsible for how you use those platforms and for the rights to anything you submit from them.

The Cupid Collective™ name, EDMCupid branding, logos, seals, and the platform's original design and code are owned by EDMCupid. These terms don't give you any right to use them beyond what's needed to use the service. Your submissions remain yours as set out above. We respect others' intellectual property and expect you to do the same.

We're always improving the platform, so features, layouts, rewards, and availability may change, be added, or be removed over time. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, and we may pause, change, or discontinue parts of it. We'll try to give reasonable notice for major changes where we can.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that aren't mandatory. Where you have mandatory consumer rights under applicable law (for example as a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK), nothing in these terms limits or excludes those rights.

To the extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits, or opportunities, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for matters arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and is excluded except where your mandatory consumer rights require otherwise.

You can stop using the platform and ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting edmcupid@wandr-media.io. We may also suspend or close an account if these terms are broken or to protect the platform. When an account ends, some content and data may be retained where we're legally obliged or have a legitimate need to keep it.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the revised version with a new effective date, and for significant changes we'll aim to let you know through the platform. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
